Saturday was lazy which is sO good! Scott painted a lot and the girls stayed in their nightgowns all day until clean ones at night.
There was playing and dance parties in the kitchen.
I can not wait to tell you more about this project.
We had the fire places going all day long. It's finally cold here in CT
On Sunday we attended Mass and then the Youth Rosary group after.
Later there were a few to do's
I'm not a fan of black on a little girl but boy does she lOve these new leggings!
Anna does not like me to photograph her while she is playing. And then I explained that I need to because she's always playing her viola. If I don't, I'll never get a picture of her. So she let me take one. And then I needed to let her concentrate.
While the girls were playing with felt friends
Scott and I shared a pot of tea and a bagel.
There was time for Calico Critters
and amazing fairy pop up books
Abigail wanted to do all of her fish/sea puzzles.
Scott brought me flowers
and on Monday I never picked up my camera. I cooked 3 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 snacks, and 1 dessert to stock up in this house. Our freezer is filled to the brim with 'non~allergic' homemade food and it makes me hap hap happy!

Perfect! I want another three day weekend. Anytime we have pajamas on all day is a good one :) Can't wait to see and hear about the new painting going on!!
ReplyDeleteLove the front of your candle in the first picture. Love your cozy weekend at home. Oh how our little girls would be fast friends I just know it. We have been working more on our summer plans and it is looking like a trip out your may MAY happen!
