Just a tip I forgot to add:
I measure out the dry ingredients (1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt) the night before and then just add the 3 eggs, 2 T butter, 1/2 milk 1/4 t vanilla in the morning. And whisk. It's in the oven in no time! The hard part is remembering to turn on the oven to preheat early enough to give them 20-25 minutes to cook.
Also, I do remove them from the ramekin cups to serve since the cups are so hot. And I cut them up into bites and add syrup. Yum!
