Our Halloween
The day started with girls dressed head to toe in Halloween for school.
After school we went to my parents and Scott's Mom.
Right here... this moment... this is Halloween to my girls. And although my Mom offered for them to visit on Sunday to make it easier on us, we just couldn't. Tradition! Look at their happiness!
"Trick or Treat"
Anna laughed at Grandpa's stories.
Abigail at a special (not allergic) Halloween treat.
I drank tea. It was lovely... but we had one more stop and then HAD to get home for our own neighborhood Trick or Treat!
This is the "wait! We forgot to have MaryEllen in a picture"
A huge spider web at Grandma B's front door. And a smile too!
We got home and lit our front door pumpkins. The teal showing treats for allergy kids.
A favorite neighbor stopped by... oh we love her!
And then we were off to Trick or Treat (and me to look at beautiful houses on my street) I love the way the tree looks against the window. Such a pretty entrance.
And this one is a favorite house of mine... white washed brick (sooo New England) and look at the scalloped entrance.
But I'm happy in my house (major house love and contentment). Here we are at the end of the night. It was coooold!
It's kind of strange to Trick or Treat and not get to eat one thing that plops into your basket. But she doesn't know anything else. She gives all of her candy to her big sister and gets a big 'treat'.
Yes, these two sure to make Halloween sweet.
and we love them so.

Cute costumes! I love peeking at all the houses when we go trick or treating as well but staying home is my favorite. Love the look on Abigails face when she received her Lego treat :)
