Really boring pictures here but I have to have the after to match my before, right?
I was never so happy to move back into my kitchen!
First get a load of those floors... smooth and perfect!
Cabinets repaired and painted... those were smooth too! (by smooth you know I don't mean like 'to the touch' but smooth like in the word from the 70's meaning perfect)
Done baby!
I waited for these for ten years... I could kiss them!
The first to go back was tea... of course!
How I've missed you tea cups!
And this whole little area where life happens for our little family.
Ahh... normal again!
And a little seasonal too...
You know these (boring) pictures are really for Billie Jo (who loves sparkly lights year round even more than me) and for me to remember what in the world I put on my windowsill in the summer when it's 2015, right?
There really is nothing like being back in your own kitchen. (unless it's Dave making pizza in your kitchen)
Working post back here

Oh I wish you could have been sitting in our family room as I was scrolling through this!
ReplyDeleteI was looking and reading and just saying to the kids that I loved everything, especially the perfect, summery, sparkly windowsill... And then...I read my name! The kids thought that was sooo neat!
Tara, it is beautiful. Perfect, and charming, just as it should be for you. I am beyond happy that it is finished, and you can begin again to create warm, happy memories with your precious family.
Oh, and Good Work, Scott! : )
These look just amazing! Love it all! Enjoy every single bit :)
ReplyDeleteYou know how much I love your kitchen...I tell you each time you post pictures of it. How I would love to sit in it and enjoy a cup of tea. I love your windowsill!
