Our Annual Leaf Trip (part 1)

Okay, so it was only our first 'official' leaf trip.  But all of this is practically in our backyard.  This year we decided to seize the beauty.  I got us all coordinated and was going for a new family picture.  I did get a 'keeper' but it's not on this post... only so much time to edit my wrinkles and such, ha!  And I wish that I could get our whole trip on one post but there is only so much time in a day.  So for now... part one.

But first there must be Music  (someday they will play this song and I will cry... work hard girls... I've gotta hear this in my lifetime)

Yes, I'll cry when she outgrows these purple cordory overalls... beacause they make her look like she's 41/2













Yes, thank you Anna for sticking your tongue out on that one.  I only drove down country roads, packed food for days, found just the right spot that had a perfect reflection of the leaves on the water, wrestled with the tripod,  (and wore heals on this beach)... no big deal girl... that just means we have a retake!



You know you have a middle schooler when... But I don't care... I love it anyway... it's us!
