On Friday afternoon Abigail got her first Library Card!!!
Super excited about writing her name on the back.
And a picture with mommy outside the library. Anna loves to take pictures with the snapshot camera.
On Friday Abigail had a special playdate at Grandma and Grandpa's house while we took Anna out to dinner. No specail occasion really just beacause it's nice to spend time focused on just her. It sort of felt like a "first date" with her. And I loved it!
Anna really never goes out to eat because of Abigail's EE. We are a family that never gets to stop for icecream. When we travel (which is not that much) we travel with tons of food and have many of our meals and snacks in the hotel room. EE is part of Anna's life too which is what made going out to dinner with her so special.
Anna has adult taste in food. She's not a nuggets, mac and cheese kid. Her favorite food is seafood; more specifically muscles.
And Saturday afternoon Abigail feel asleep in my arms. She was so tired from her playdate and sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's house. I held her for her whole hour nap... delicious!
On Sunday night during our family prayer time Anna was thankful for "flying a kite with Grandpa; spending extra alone time with mommy and daddy; and being all together again as a family." I couldn't have said it better.
