Alaska ~ part nine (Ketchikan)

I think I loved Ketchikan best of all.

It was the location for our {it's become annual} family vacation photo shoot.

Here was Hawaii back in 2016

Here was Disney World back in 2017

Here was Canada back in 2018

It was a bit harder to find someone this time - but the adventure she took us on was beyond anything we could have bought as an 'excursion' through the cruise ship or discovered on our own.

She was lovely - she picked us up at the cruise dock and drove us to two different locations.

It really is so so nice when someone else takes some photos of our family - and I didn't even have to edit them!  We had a wonderful afternoon together!

After our day with Melina we meandered through the town of Ketchikan. We had to of course take a picture under this famous sign.



This is Creek Street - isn't it pretty?





The temps were cool and we loved going in an out of the shops.













And then of course we headed back to the ship to sit together in the dining room to enjoy dinner. Ahhhhhhh what a day!
