This weekend I got a bunch of little home projects done and boy did that feel good! We are entering spring and it is a wild one for our little family... each 'thing' is such a huge blessing... I have 2 seniors with big, bright futures ahead of them and lots of changes for our family... so having small areas of beauty and joy give me hope. "A simple way to combat chaos is to focus on creating small spaces of beauty. Lighting a candle or setting a vase of fragrant flowers, using beautiful dishes or a beautiful centerpiece - any of these little acts can soothe a soul overwhelmed with life." Sally Clarkson
And here are a few of my favorite past Saint Patrick's Day posts:
Tara, I can only imagine how big this season must feel for all of you! I'm so curious to see where Abigail will go for college, and how Anna will find graduate school (she wants to go into student counselling, right? Such a nice area). I work as a college teacher myself so I love anything education-related, as I'm sure you do, too. People's personal education stories, people's experiences, educational theory...I enjoy all of it.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, just wanted to leave a little comment to wish you all well in this exciting season.
PS. I love the china pictured in this post! So pretty.
